Responsibilities:
Boost the existing performance and traffic of the website through effective SEO techniques and strategies.
Develop and refine advanced SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Lead the execution of SEO strategies, ensuring the implementation of technical SEO best practices.
Establish performance goals for the SEO team and provide guidance and support to achieve them.
Set development objectives for individual team members and foster their growth by providing industry training and expertise.
Conduct continuous analysis and generate reports on organic search key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of SEO operations.
Stay updated with the latest SEO developments and industry trends and communicate them to the rest of the SEO team.
Embrace new challenges as opportunities to learn and grow professionally.
Skills and Experience:
1)2-3 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.
2)Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
3)Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
4)Ability to conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.
5)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6)Resourcefulness, organizational skills, and a strong ability to acquire new skills.
