How to Apply National Assembly Jobs 2023?
Candidates must possess a valid degree (5), certificate(s), transcript(s), and detailed mark sheets from an HEC recognized institute in order to be eligible. Candidates who are currently employed by the Government must apply through the appropriate channel and provide a NOC during the interview.
The relevant rules allow for relaxation in the maximum age limit. The Secretariat retains the right to cancel the recruitment process for advertised positions partially or entirely at any stage.
Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited to take a written test, and those who are shortlisted will be called for an interview.
Travel allowance and daily allowance will not be provided for attending the tests and interviews. Candidates who have already applied for the positions advertised on 20.12.2022 must submit a new application.
However, candidates who were within the age limit on 03.01.2003 (the previous closing date of the advertisement) and will exceed the age limit on the closing date of the new advertisement may still apply for the same positions with an age limit relaxation.
The completed and signed application form should be sent to the Section Officer (Establishment-1), National Assembly Secretariat, Islamabad.
At the time of the interview, the original documents must be presented. Additionally, the application form should include attested photographs, copies of degree(s), certificate(s), transcript(s), and CNIC.
If applicants are interested in multiple positions, they should submit separate application forms. Incomplete application forms or those received after the due date will not be considered. The deadline to apply for National Assembly Jobs is July 12th, 2023.
