Key Jobs Requirements
Hub Incharge:
To supervise timely preparation of quality credit line proposals
Ability to evaluate borrower’s credit worthiness.
Effective monitoring of overall portfolio of Credit Hub To ensure achievement of allocated targets to the Credit Hub Regular meetings and visits of the borrowers.
Market prospective NTBS for the Bank Industry / Market knowledge including monitoring of industry trends and economic changes affecting borrower’s position and pass on information to management.
Training & Development of Hub and Branches credit staff.
Relationship Manager:
Having sufficient knowledge of asset based products.
Well versed with related SBP Prudential Regulations. – To perform Marketing & Business Development activities to achieve allocated targets. Effective Communication skills.
To conduct in-depth analysis of financial and market position, security/collateral and technical capability of the borrower to evaluate borrower’s credit worthiness.
To manage the credit proposal from initiation till disbursement Post disbursement effective monitoring of assigned credit port including but not limited to repayments of loans, mark up serv etc.
