About the job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us find and hire talented software developers, engineers, and other technical professionals. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure we hire the best talent for our organization.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and define technical requirements for open positions
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to determine qualifications and fit for the role
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiation
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate and job data in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring process
  • Create and maintain on-boarding materials, including orientation schedules, training materials, and other resources
  • Ensure that all new hires receive a comprehensive introduction to the company, its culture, and its values
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to develop training plans for new hires
  • Monitor new hires’ progress during the on-boarding process and address any issues that arise
  • Continuously improve the on-boarding process to ensure that new hires have the tools and resources they need to be successful


  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skill sets
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with managers and candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
