We are a Digital Marketing Agency looking for a skilled and experienced Paid Media Lead to join our team. As a Paid Media Lead, you will be responsible for managing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Display.


  • Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends
  • Create and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO and content, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and growth


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Display
  • Experience in US market is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and achieving KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform campaign optimizations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
