Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a marketing agency and a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and measuring campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales objectives
- Create and manage marketing budgets, including allocating funds to different channels
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
- Analyze market trends and research competitive landscape to stay ahead of industry developments
- Create and deliver compelling content across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and events
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to continuously optimize marketing efforts
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation, staying up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation
- Prior experience working in a marketing agency is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate and accounting industry is a plus
