  • Key liaison point between customers and the company
  • Deploy, support and maintain various types of software solutions which differs according to our customers’ set-up and needs
  • Setup, maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot systems and networking
  • Administer router, firewall, DNS, file, mail and web server
  • Project manage the various projects under our belt and ensure they are On Time, On Target, and meets the customer’s requirements
  • Review and keep track of System and Software Warranty and Maintenance and IT assets
