About the job

Job responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain advanced mobile applications for the iOS platform
  • Write & perform unit/integration tests ensuring usability & reliability of mobile applications
  • Collaborate with the designers to define and implement new application features
  • Diagnose and fix application bottlenecks to improve performance
  • Design, develop and implement application updates

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in iOS development (exceptions made based on skill level)
  • Proficiency in Swift programming
  • Experience with REST API design and services development
  • Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
  • Fluency in English to collaborate with engineering managers.
  • The ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Strong communication proficiency

Preferred skills

  • Working knowledge of iOS back-end services
  • Experience with iOS frameworks like Core Animation, Core Data, Core, etc.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, trends, architectures & emerging techs
  • Expert understanding of the mobile development lifecycle
