About the role

  • Answering inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and reaching out to customers for business development.
  • Advising customers on the best products and services according to their needs.
  • Qualifying customers and setting appointments.
  • Escalating customer complaints and providing support as needed.

About you

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Advanced level English proficiency.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in an international contact centre environment, handling a high volume of calls.
  • Excellent digital literacy and knowledge of CRMs.
  • Highly disciplined and punctual with an uncompromising focus on customer experience.
