About the job
Acom Tech Solutions is currently looking for call center agent for Lahore office. USA outbound campaign experience will be highly preferred. Fresher’s candidates also encourages to apply but must have enlisted skills
• Fluent English
• Warm sound and pleasant Accent
• Understanding of Marketing Research
• Command on Deliver Quality Pitch
Responsibilities
• Handle outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Qualifications
Metric Minimum with good communication skills in English
• Minimum Matriculation or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must be flexible to work night shifts
Basic Salary for this position ranges from 25k to 45k for fresher’s based on their skills and experience.
The interviews will be conducted seven days a week from 7pm to 3pm.
