Job Description
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Kholia Transport LLC is actively seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to join our dynamic team for our international campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, showcasing our services, and driving sales through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication: Communicate effectively and persuasively with potential customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of our services.
- Creative Thinking: Utilize creative thinking to tailor sales pitches according to the unique requirements of each customer, ensuring maximum engagement.
- Sales Ability: Exhibit strong sales acumen to convince customers, close deals, and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Patience and Engagement: Exercise patience and active listening skills to engage customers in meaningful conversations, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport with customers, fostering positive relationships and trust through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, finding solutions to customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Location: Office No. 507, Madina Tower, Muslim Town more, Lahore.
