About the job
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to improve business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and use cases
• Develop business cases and requirements documents
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementations
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide training and support to end-users
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Excel
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus
