Cyber System is looking for a Customer Support Executive, candidates with Medical front desk (Inbound) experience, excellent spoken English and communication are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

·        Answering inbound video calls with greetings.

·        Scheduling patient’s appointments.

·        Eligibility Verification.

·        Appointment Reminders.

·        Pre-Authorization & Follow ups.

Requirements:

·        Must have a Bachelor’s degree.

·        Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)

·        Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)

·        Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.

Department:

FRONT OFFICE SOLUTIONS (USA-based)

Salary & Benefits:

50,000/- to 60,000/- (depending upon your interview)

Plus Bonuses, UPTO 15 K KPI’s based Incentive, Medical Insurance, and Employee of the month Reward, Annual Increments, Sponsored Trips, and Sports & Entertainment.

Company will provide paid training to the selected candidates at full pay from the date of joining.

Working Timings:

Night and Overnight (Six days a week).
