Cyber System is looking for a Customer Support Executive, candidates with Medical front desk (Inbound) experience, excellent spoken English and communication are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
· Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
· Scheduling patient’s appointments.
· Eligibility Verification.
· Appointment Reminders.
· Pre-Authorization & Follow ups.
Requirements:
· Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
· Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
· Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
· Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.

Salary & Benefits:
50,000/- to 60,000/- (depending upon your interview)

Company will provide paid training to the selected candidates at full pay from the date of joining.
Working Timings:
